TJOFLAT, Circuit Judge: In this case, a physician whose medical staff privileges were revoked at each of three hospitals brought suit against the hospitals, members of their medical staffs, and a local medical society, alleging violations of the federal antitrust laws. The district court entered directed verdicts for all the defendants, and the physician now appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
